Our alloy wheel badges are supplied as self-adhesive replacement insert badges intended to either replace or cover your existing worn/faded badge inserts. These are not metal badges, but instead are hand made from a durable, soft plastic material which allows for the badges to conform to slightly domed surfaces. We can manufacture our badges in an array of shapes and/or sizes. Please contact us if you have a custom size or shape requirement.
We use only the highest quality materials available to us ensuring long term durability without discolouration or fading. Our promise to you is one of genuine quality and care with every product handmade, individually and exclusively in the UK by JCM Graphics.
We package and ship all of our products in protective packaging for maximum protection ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition every time.
Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 1 Business Day via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Your order can take between 3-10 working days to arrive or up to 21 days for overseas delivery. We will contact you by email if there are any changes regarding your delivery. Delivery is Free of charge for all destinations within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) for all items unless specified otherwise. Some items may be dispatched sooner and will arrive separately. If there are any extra charges (such as for delivery outside of the UK) we will calculate these costs based on your total order weight and will send you an invoice before you can checkout with us.

Please consider that whilst every effort is made on our part to dispatch your order on time, we have no control over the efficiency or reliability of Royal Mail themselves which means that our delivery times should be seen as estimates only and exclude all and any Custom Orders. Our statutory handling time for all standard (non-custom) orders is 1 Business Day. During peak periods we reserve the right to extend statutory handling times by up to 1 Business Day. This right may also be applied to Bulk Purchase, Custom or Special Order items at our own discretion.
We may from time to time utilise the services of either Royal Mail or any other third-party courier where delivery times meet or exceed the times stated above. We also reserve the right at our own discretion to add tracking information or signature requirements to orders exceeding a value threshold.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of WinsterCreations™.
We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit within 14 days of receiving your order we will either refund your goods or replace them, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.
