DIY Personalised Champagne Flute Decals with Roles & Names

** PLEASE NOTE **Some labels may be smaller than others depending on the number of characters in the word. (i.e. the word Stacey would be a smaller label than the word Charlotte.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION: Clean the surface that the label is to be applied to with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Peel off the back white/blue sheet carefully. You will be left with a carrier sheet (clear) and the label. Carefully align the label to the surface and press down. Ensure you place it correctly as you cannot remove and reposition. Rub over gently to make sure it has adhered.
ABOUT THE LABELS: Labels are made from permanent vinyl and are WATER-RESISTANT. We do not recommend using a dishwasher. Items should be hand washed and dried by gently dabbing with a towel or leaving to air dry. Labels will NOT adhere to textured surfaces. If you are unsure if your surface is suitable, please get in touch with us and we can help you.

You will receive an email notification when tracking information is added. Your order will be dispatched as soon as it's ready. You can track your order using the tracking information provided.
Delivery is Free of charge for all destinations within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) when you spend £5+, otherwise delivery is £3.99.
Please consider that whilst every effort is made on our part to dispatch your order on time, we have no control over the efficiency or reliability of Royal Mail, Evri or any other carriers that we may use which means that our delivery times should be seen as estimates only.
Express (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery Policy
Orders must be placed by midday (12 noon) and you MUST select Tracked 24 (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery at checkout in order to guarantee your delivery within 1 working day*.
Our Tracked 24 (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery is serviced via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service is estimated to deliver within 1 working day following the day after we dispatch your order. There are no deliveries on Sunday.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of WinsterCreations™.
We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit within 14 days of receiving your order we will either refund your goods or replace them, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.
