UK Delivery Policy

Your order usually takes between 2-3 working days to arrive within the United Kingdom after you receive a notification that your order has been dispatched.

Delivery is Free of charge for all destinations within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) for all items unless specified otherwise.

Tracked 24 (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery Policy

Orders must be placed by midday (12 noon) and you MUST select Tracked 24 (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery at checkout to guarantee your delivery within 1 working day*.

Our Tracked 24 (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery is serviced via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service is estimated to deliver within 1 working day following the day after we dispatch your order. There are no deliveries on Sunday and some personalised products may require additional processing time.

Please consider that whilst every effort is made on our part to dispatch your order on time, we have no control over the efficiency or reliability of Royal Mail, Evri or any other carriers that we may use which means that our delivery times should be seen as estimates only and exclude all and any Custom Orders. Our statutory handling time for all standard (non-custom) orders is 1 Business Day.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items within 14 days of receipt.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of WinsterCreations™.

We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit within 14 days of receiving your order we will either refund your goods or replace them, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.
