How does it work?
Simply place a booking to arrange a collection and we will collect your clothing box safely and securely with nationwide collections provided by Parcelforce, available 5 days a week. We will process your items within 1 working day of receiving them and issue payment on the very same day. We pay you a guaranteed £1 per garment for every saleable item that meets our criteria above.
How long does it take for you to pay me?
We will process your items within 1 working day of receiving them and issue payment on the very same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We will usually receive your items from Parcelforce within 2 working days after your collection date. Payments are made via PayPal, which means your payment will usually be in your account as soon as we issue it.
What are your fees?
There are no fees. Simply arrange a FREE Parcelforce Collection today and we guarantee to pay you £1 per garment for every saleable item that meets our criteria above.
Do you provide a list of what I'm being paid for?
Yes. We always provide a full list of every item that we pay you for, but do not provide a list of items which aren't accepted. These are instead donated to charity.
Do you cover my location?
Yes. Our Parcelforce Collections are available within mainland UK only. This therefore excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channels Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, or any postcodes which may be excluded at anytime by Parcelforce. If you happen to book a collection with us and we're unable to collect your items, we will let you know right away.
Yes, we can arrange date suitable for you (subject to availability - please see available dates using our booking form). Our collection service is provided nationwide by Parcelforce who will call to your home or business address between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm on a specified date. Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier and we will refund your cost up to a maximum of £10.00 per box.
Please note that due to sufficient demand for our services we are currently limiting the number of boxes that you can send to us to just ONE LARGE BOX per booking, though there is no limit to the number of bookings that you make.
We are currently unable to collect multiple boxes on the same-day. If you wish to send multiple boxes please create a separate booking for each box.
We consider a large box as;
- a box which contains no more than 50 items.
- a box with a maximum size of 50cm x 50cm x 50cm, or less.
- a box with a maximum weight of 25kg, or less.
A surcharge of up to £45 may be imposed upon us by Parcelforce (which shall be payable by you) if your box exceeds maximum weight and/or size limits.
I don't know the weight of my box. How can I work this out?
On average 50 pieces of ladies clothing would almost always weigh less than 25kg which is why we impose a 50 item limit per box. A simple rule of thumb; If you can't pick the box up by yourself, it's probably too heavy.
We off a FREE collection via Parcelforce (subject to availability - please see available dates using our booking form). Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier and we will refund your cost up to a maximum of £10 per box.
Must I box my items?
Yes. Your items should be securely packed into a suitably sized box ready for collection or drop off at the post office.
Can I send my items to you directly?
Yes. You can arrange your own courier and we will refund your cost up to a maximum of £10 per box. Simply choose "I will use my own courier" and send your items to us directly. Our ship-to address will be shown when you select this option. Once we make your payment we'll add an additional amount to cover your own postage costs too.
Note: If you choose use your own courier we won't know when to expect your items and are unable to guarantee that we will have sufficient capacity to process your items and make payment within 1 working day. For this reason, we ask kindly of you to please anticipate this advance when choosing this option.
Can I drop off my items to you in person?
No. Unfortunately we don't provide an option for direct in-person drop off of your items currently.
How do I get started?
