Custom Kitchen Pantry Labels

EXAMPLE: Rice, Lasagne Sheets, Pasta, Flour, Oats.

Each word is approx. 1.5cm tall and the length will depend on the word.

** PLEASE NOTE ** Some labels may be smaller than others depending on the number of characters in the word. (e.g the word Rice' would be shorter in length than the word Chocolate'.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION: Clean the surface that the label is to be applied to with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Peel off the back white/blue sheet carefully. You will be left with the carrier sheet (clear) and the label. Carefully align the label to the surface and press down. Ensure you place it correctly as you will not be able to remove and reposition it. Rub over gently to make sure it has adhered.

ABOUT THE LABELS: Labels are made from permanent vinyl and are WATER-RESISTANT. We do not recommend use in a dishwasher. Items should be hand washed and dried by gently dabbing with a towel or leaving to air dry. Labels will NOT adhere to textured surfaces. If you are not sure your surface is suitable, please contact us and we can help you.

Standard Delivery Policy

Your order can take between 3-10 working days to arrive or up to 21 days for overseas delivery. We will contact you by email if there are any changes regarding your delivery. Delivery is Free of charge for all destinations within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) for all items unless specified otherwise. Some items may be dispatched sooner and will arrive separately. If there are any extra charges (such as for delivery outside of the UK) we will calculate these costs based on your total order weight and will send you an invoice before you can checkout with us.

Tracked 24 (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery Policy

Orders must be placed by midday (12 noon) and you MUST select Tracked 24 (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery at checkout in order to guarantee your delivery within 1 working day*.

Our Tracked 24 (Get it fast) 1-Day Delivery is serviced via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service is estimated to deliver within 1 working day following the day after we dispatch your order. There are no deliveries on Sunday and some personalised products may require additional processing time.

International Delivery (additional charges may apply)

We are currently providing delivery to the following European countries. We calculate your delivery charge based on the Size and Weight of your order.

Please consider that whilst every effort is made on our part to dispatch your order on time, we have no control over the efficiency or reliability of Royal Mail, Evri or any other carriers that we may use which means that our delivery times should be seen as estimates only and exclude all and any Custom Orders. Our statutory handling time for all standard (non-custom) orders is 1 Business Day.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items within 14 days of receipt.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of WinsterCreations™.

We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit within 14 days of receiving your order we will either refund your goods or replace them, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.
